Specimens from control samples from non-exposed animals will also be created. These samples will be available to outside investigators after review and approval of the proposed studies by Lovelace CounterACT Scientists. Samples will included serum, pulmonary lavage fluid, flash frozen tissues, serum and paraffin embedded tissue blocks fixed with paraformaldehyde. Specialty samples could be prepared on request.
